A small charity collective has risen to the needs of Free Speech, through unrestricted
radio, and duplicates its talents onto the unlicensed public. The Red Orchestra forms, advises, improves, builds, and repairs pirate radio stations, suitable to their recipients.
AKA The Free Pirate Broadcast School, its greater effort, including beyond bootleg radio, is called the Radio Literacy Project.
